Mandela Day on Batavia Street
On a rainy 22nd of July 2022, the Table Bay Rovers gathered at 2 Batavia Street to pick up litter, remove Port Jacksons and erect concrete posts.
The small Port Jackson’s can be pulled out by hand, but the older, larger ones require the tree popper
By the end of the day, we had filled up around 15 bags worth of litter, Port Jacksons and other weeds
