Thanks Lawnmower Mecca for supporting our new Den!

Table Rover Crew recently signed a lease for our new headquarters in Milnerton. Rovers ( Age 18 to 30 years old) are the third branch of Scouting.  The aim of Rovers is service; service to self, service to the community and service to scouting. We aim to give back to the community and scouting movement that has given so much to Rovers.

With the new headquarters come new obstacles, one being that of maintaining the property so it can be used by all members of the scouting movement. The grounds, especially need to be in good condition to allow for outdoor events. We made some progress with the inside of the headquarters however more work is required. We decided that maintaining the grounds would be our personal responsibility, allowing to upskill our fellow Rovers.

We reached out to Lawnmower Mecca and they gladly agreed to sponsor a petrol weedeater with consumables allowing us to get started right away. Thank you again to the amazing people of our community for supporting us.
